PreFadr does not sell your personal information. We do not engage in the sale of personal data as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

We have never sold, and will never sell, user data to third parties for advertising, marketing, or any other purpose. Your data — including your music, documents, collaborator information, and account details — is yours.

• We use your data solely to provide and improve the PreFadr service
• We send emails only with your consent (approval requests, account notifications, onboarding tips you can unsubscribe from)
• We process data through OpenAI only for AI-powered features you explicitly opt into
• We do not use third-party advertising trackers or ad networks
• We do not share your data with data brokers

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to:

• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of the sale of personal information (though we do not sell it)
